Coat trimmed frozen boneless breasts or thighs in Italian salad dressing
Add taco seasoning, salsa ( I use pineapple salsa) and some chicken stock
Slow cook on low for 6 hours
Shred with two forks
Use for any Mexican favorite
I made crunchy tacos and a taco salad
