Who's doing pork and kraut/cabbage for New Year's?

I am (as always). Whole bone-in pork loin is resting before it hits the grill a little later--slathered in coarse ground black pepper, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, and white wine. After a quick sear on the grill, it will slow-cook in a hotel pan full of kraut, cabbage, sweet onions, and apples. Doing rough-smashed baby redskin potatoes with heavy cream, fresh dill, and roasted garlic as a side.

Happy New Year!!! May it be a sight bit better than the last...

"And today is for sale and it's all you can afford. Buy your own admission. The whole things got you bored. Well the Lord chooses the good ones, and the bad ones use the Lord"--a very dear friend for decades Michael Stanley (Gee)--RIP
