I am (as always). Whole bone-in pork loin is resting before it hits the grill a little later--slathered in coarse ground black pepper, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, and white wine. After a quick sear on the grill, it will slow-cook in a hotel pan full of kraut, cabbage, sweet onions, and apples. Doing rough-smashed baby redskin potatoes with heavy cream, fresh dill, and roasted garlic as a side.
