Hi Lou, thanks for the info,I have already removed the top cover to repaint it,I know what you mean about those caps,they are the size of beer cans and I would not want to be on the business end of them!I will make sure they are disharged before sticking my hands in there.As for the compressed air,I feel it may be redundant to even try as the crud seems to have been there since 1977 and does not want to be easily removed.Perhaps I will give the spray cleaner a shot tommarrow when R/S is open.
