Technics ST-9600 tuner service

I started to check up an older and highly regarded Technics ST-9600 tuner today. Everything seems to work very well, except for the stereo indicator lamp that seems to be burnt out. The tuner does play very nicely in stereo though.
I can see that the old lamp is of the "grain o'wheat" lamp-type with two leads coming out of it - and the diameter of the lamp is approx. 3mm's. My question to this forum is if anyone here knows the electrical values of this lamp? How many volts - how many mA? These lamps are usually connected to the stereodetector-board. If these lamps are of wrong value, these boards tend to be damaged - that's at least what I know from the Marantz stuff.
These tuners were sold especially in Europe - Germany, so maybe someone there knows about it. If anyone should have the servicemanual - I would like to buy it.

kind regards

Freddy
