He takes peoples money and makes them wait MONTHS and even (yes) YEARS to complete a transaction. In some cases as I have already posted, he has kept people waiting so long that they simply GAVE him the equipment and walked away from the transaction rather than spend any more time trying to get satisfaction.My most recent transaction took 9 months and THIRTY e-mails to complete including having to file a threat of mail fraud before there was ANY response at all. LONG after he had my money in hand. I remain convinced that had I not become outrageously aggressive, that I would NOT have received anything at all.
If he was SLOW in responding...that would be fine. He has LONG, LONG crossed the line to fraudulent behavior.
