Bozak Concert Grand measurements vs Tobin B200Y measurements

I just acquired a pair of Concert Grands. I haven't figured out how to get them in my house yet due both to their size/weight and my wife objections, LOL!

Having had smaller Bozaks I am very familiar with the Tobin mod based on his measurements that the B200Y tweeter is a full 9db "hotter" than the other Bozak drivers. The nature of my question is that the recent Stereophile measurements of a pair of B-410's in stock configuration identical to mine do not show the 5k to 10k emphasis although they do confirm the rapid roll-off above 10K. Does anyone know or care to conjecture why this might be?
