Considering these were run with a 18 to 20wpc tube amp back in the day,an NAD should be able to power them.I would upgrade the caps in speaker networks and that will help a lot.They will sound better with a tube amp because that's what they were designed around. ELI is guiding you in the right direction. I sure would love of these amps.
