TC Audio speakers

I picked up a pair of mini monitor speakers today that are only labeled as TC Audio. They use nice looking oak cabinets that are well crafted and nicely veneered. They use 5 inch woofers and soft dome tweeters. I popped out the drivers and they looked like fairly generic drivers which had TC Audio decals on them. A search on the internet reveals little. The company was formed in 1990 in Springfield, Oregon and the principal individual was Thomas Coleman (TC).

I listened to a few cds using my Rotel amp and found them to quite engaging to hear even though they were poorly located in my listening space. They have a nice midrange that does vocals nicely and they go lower, more clearly than I would expect with such a small speaker. I will probably end up using these in a bedroom or shop stereo system.

I was wondering if anybody else has heard of TC Audio or might have some info on their products.
