Hi Michael,
Looks like a variation of the open baffle design on the quarter-wave site (http://www.quarter-wave.com/OBs/OB_Theory.html). The drivers are:
Beston RT002A
Fostex FE126En
Eminence Beta 15A
I am not familiar with the super tweeter, but I would expect the combination to sound good.
