I will go with a seperate preamp.
More intregrated non-op amplifiers are Yamaha AU-G99X, AU-X701 & NAD 326BEE. It is reported the NAD 326BEE produces superior sonics compared to earlier NAD products & can be purchased new at $500. Is the 326BEE sonically better than Accuphase E202 that will need a rebuild & rebiasing? Not sure, however the E202 cabinet has superior appearance.
