If that includes the 70s, I would suggest the Audio Research SP-3 series.
Interestingly, I have a Bellari phono pre, with one 12ax7 tube, and it sounds less tube-y than the Accuphase!
I used to own one myself. Are you aware there are two chip based op amps in the signal path in addition to one-half of the tube per channel?
