Thats a classic 10-inch Utah design. The drivers all appear to be Utah. Utah built these speakers under contract for Allied. Practically every speaker sold under the Knight brand in the 60s was made by Utah.
You should be able to track the numbers on the woofer magnets to Utah. My guess is that the green framed driver is a replacement, but that is just a guess on my part
I would date to the mid 1960s but someone with a catalog could tell you exactly. My 1970 catalog lists a similar 3017 model.
