Knight Speaker woofers ID

Greetings,
I purchased a pair of Knight Kn 3005 speakers, (allied radio company chicago..) They are very nice cosmetically. 3 way, 10''woofer, with 6'' mid and 3'' tweet. . all drivers work and they sound pretty decent throught my 10wpch maggie tube amp, with good high end, though one has a bit more base than the other(could be the old cap on the weak one?)However, the woofers are dissimilar. it appears the silver one is the new one from the wiring, it's rim is stamped with 8928. My questions on the pictured woofers are:
1. any idea what they are?
2. are they matched OK, based on ID?(I haven't checked them with an ohm meter yet, need a battery!)
3. is the green one the original?
any other info appreciated. I do have a pair of matched 10" alnico drivers from a zenith allegros I could put in, but not if these seem good. I will replace the woofer caps.
