Fisher 50A ? output transformer need code verification

I have what looks like a Fisher 50A output trans. It's very large, black, potted, has : T 588-115 089 in white ink stamped on the bottom.
Just three primary taps, (not UL) and three secondaries. Someone wrote 900:1 turns ratio. I'm trying to identify what this is so that I could know the intended loading. Thanks in advance.
