Home Vintage Asylum

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

Thanks!

I just powered it up (slowly on a variac) and all is good so far. It does have the optional MPX board and it seems to work fine (tunes both FM, and AM, in mono and stereo). Tuning eyes are good too. My antenna situation sucks, so I'm only pulling in the strong local stations. Sounds pretty good, although I don't have much to compare it to.

I can't believe the condition this thing is in. It is mint with one exception - the orange film in front of the multiplex light slid down a little - so it's only half orange. Probably an easy fix - just need to pull it apart.

I assume that this is as reliable as any other piece of vintage gear . . .
