I just had the same issue with the amp from a Hammond M3 organ, Mike. What I did was use one of the twistlock holes for the grnd lug of an F&T multi. This brought the other lugs more to the center of the existing hole. From the top the hole is stll completely covered, so other than being slightly relocated, it looks good.
