If this is a preamp out/poweramp in feature, any pair of patch cables will do. Originally most manufacturers used a bare (uninsulated) chuck of thick (10 ga.?) wire to do the trick.

Anyone who knows how to solder could solder wires internally in about 5 minutes. That could be undone later if the user wanted to separate the preamp and power amp.
