Altec 340-A Amplifier-Help

Hello,

Does anyone have any information on the Altec 340-A tube amp? It uses a pair of 6550's and a 16345 Peerless output transformer. I cannot seem to find anything on the web pertaining to this piece. Is the reason for the lack of information due to it being scarce?
