Ping Bold Eagle:Composite Advents Complete!!!

Greetings from an overcast Sactown, Jerry! Got those reconed Masonite woofs & second generation fried egg tweets from Brown Soun the other day. Aint much of a woodworker, but managed to whittle enuff room to position those Masonite woofs into them Utility cabs. Just like those Technics' gaskets they replaced, those Masonite rings slightly bulge the grill covers' midsection. Woofs, natch are direct wired; with 13 uf non-polarized cap xovers on the tweets(Charlie said that once that fine wire on the front side of Advent's fried egg tweets gets fried, all you've got is a fancy paperweight). Sound is already crisp, clean, & tight! Bass is prominent without being boomy or overbearing! Midrange is a bit more scooped than those hemp-coned Mesa Boogie Black Shadows! Treble is sweet, not sizzly! Soundstage is phenominal, with an extremely focused phantom centre! What will them Advents sound like when they break in? Since they'll be bedroom monitors, these pups won't be asked to deliver Winterlandish volume levels! You've praised Henry Kloss on his technical proficiency designing Advents' Loudspeakers, Jerry! He also utilized some outstanding drivers inside exquisite cabinets! Combined, they're absolute magic!!!
