I have the same 2 Advent models. Same driver patterns are evident in the grilles. Never quite sure if that was dirt deposited by air motion, or fiber loss due to air movement exposing the black cloth behind it. Maybe it's an irreversible process resulting partly from each effect. The grille frame prevents air movement everywhere else.I had my Advents stacked like yours are, but now have EPI 120B's underneath the older Advents. Sounds better to me.
