Cap suggestions for Dynaco MKII

Ok, without the hype what caps would work well in this unit. I like bass but I don't want it over boomy at the expense of upper end detail. I am using 715/716 orange's and they seem pretty good. Even though the ones in there are the wrong value. I have some PIO Vit Q's but again the value needed is 0.22uf and I have 0.47uf's
I will be upgrading the board in a week or two so I need cap suggestions. How about the original sprague black gates, orange drops, etc...
