Scott 299C imbalance between channels

Hi guys,
My Scott 299C is imbalance between channels. Channel A (left) is louder than channel B (right). also, channel A has stronger bass and treble than those of channel B. channel B seems to be weak.
I have replaced the bridge rectifier, filter capacitors, coupling capacitors and several resistors. I have also tried to swap tubes between channels but to no avail
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
