Cleaning pots on Dyna PAS

Any ideas on cleaning old pots to make them quieter?
I have a can of CRC QD cleaner. How do you spray the cleaner inside the pot? Are there any replacement new pots available?
Ive got three or four PAS I want ti fix up and sell. I will at the very least check all solder connections, clean all switches and RCA connectors,check tubes and a general clean up to make sure they sound good going out the door. I may replace the line stage coupling caps with Sprague 716. May even put in new RCAs.
