McIntosh 2100 hiss

I just noticed that I have some very high frequency hiss from my McIntosh 2100 when I'm right next to the tweeter. I did a quick search of the archives and didn't come up with much pertaining to hiss in McIntosh amplifiers (more in preamplifiers).
