I don't recall saying that.But I do understand the theory fairly well from work experiences and my EE courses. I really haven't seen many cases where high back-EMF effects are well understood. If you Google on back EMF, you get all kinds of crazy ideas and mis-information, and very little accurate data. In speakers it shows up as a very low Qts in the T-S parameters. That wasn't known about in the 60's by the consumers.
