The underside of the 800C seems fairly original. I assume the selenium rectifier is the Siemens flat silver box in upper left. That big black cardboard capacitor at center looks like it was added - it's 2000mfd/50VDC.
Over-heating evidence can be seen near one output tube and near one filter cap base - not sure how normal that is, considering age.

The cathode resistors (10 ohm) go in pin position 5 on the 7591's?

Big tube receivers - VERY complicated. This is a new level for me.
