Illuminated tuner pointer (need one)

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

Has anybody come up with a source for these? Like an existing needle-shaped lamp that could be rigged for this purpose?
What I need is for an old HK unit (430 receiver), but I expect something from another tuner could be substituted with a little ingenuity. Basically anything that uses about 6 volts AC.
Thanks for any ideas! (I have to think others have wrestled with this.)
(Oh -- HK says they don't have 'em and I should contact Bulbtronics, which doesn't seem to have anything like this.)
