Eico HF-81 Power transformer replacement

I have got an HF-81 without a power transformer, as I think the transformer is 280-0-280VAC (>100mA), and needs 6.3V for the heaters of the power supply tubes, i thought this hammond would serve as a replacement:
370FX 142VA, 275-0-275 @ DC ma 150, 5VCT @ 3A, 6.3VCT @ 5A. EACH $69.99.
But, I see in the schematic there is a third sec winding. What is the voltage?
Can anyone recommend a replacement transformer?
