Have we forgotten what LIVE music sounds like ?

Live music- really isn't real - with the sonics added by
the sound system -mikes- room acoustics, etc...How do we reference
what the piano DOES sound like (in our room) ? When was the last
time I wnet to hear live music ? Maybe over 10 years ago ! - in a small jazz club in Boston.. I remember going to see
Tracy Nelson ( A Janis Joplin wanna bee in Boston ) I went
to Symphoney Hall many times as a college guy...
Many times at the Passim coffee shop in Harvard Square ...
for all the Joan Baez wanna bees...

Does your "vintage" stuff - sound more like real music ?
