The 0 stands for ground but just wire both speakers the same and it will be fine. As for #2&3 they will both give you professional results but remember that you can spend a lot for diminishing returns. They are very good speakers but not the best ever, Apply the same thought in your choice of caps (#5). I found Looneytunes to be very professional and like the surrounds he sell. YMMV
