Order generic replacement dust caps from one of the various surround kit suppliers. No cutting neccesary if you select caps slightly larger in diameter than yours & simply glue the new ones over them. Clear fingernail polish makes a good adhesive & mimics the original glue's hard, shiney appearance. With speaker resting on its' backside, simply position dust cap & with included applicator brush a bead of polish around edge where cap meets cone). When dry (nail polish drys fast) apply a 2nd time if needed.
