Advents were designed to be run with any number of receivers costing $@00-$300 from the early 70s producing 20-30 wpc (Advent sales literature recommendation at the time). If you are a real volume freak, you may want more power, but Advent tweeters aren't known for power handling anyway.Mine have happily run with a 22 wpc JVC since September, 1973. They sound great but I don't play them extremely loud.
