Re: Which vintage solid state receiver is the sonic king?

Bold Eagle mentioned the Sherwood 7900A and I concur; I have had numerous receivers come thru my home and this one is my favorite (best midrange and dynamics hands down). I have owned TOTL Pioneer (1010, 1250), Sansui (9090DB), Yamaha (CA 2010, actually an integrated amp), HK 930, Stereotech 1200(Mac), sold them all and kept the Sherwood.
