You need to use the schematic for the 9900 to identify NTE replacements. I don't recognize either of those you cite. I had to replace 2 transistors in the power supply and while I was at it I upgraded all the electrolytic caps. I very carefully monitored the power supply output since that was the source af all my problems. A very very stable -11.5 to -13.5 and a +13 volts.
