Tivoli Radio AM/FM sensitivity?

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

I have searched the Tivoli Radios posts and did not find answer to the question re: how does the TR stack up to other tuners (pulling in stations). Currently I am using a crappy Quad FM4 tuner (sorry Mr Walker) and the sensitivity is poor. Location: downtown surrounded with med to small buildings. I have used dipole anntenas, powered anntenas and ctv coxial and the Quad receptions are weak.
