add a grille / drill holes matching the tuner's grill position to the shelf it sits on. And then test. Only then add holes to the shelf above, widely spaced
Last resort is a truly quiet DC motor fan, and a QUIETTTT DC supply to it - a largish battery OR regulated and largish. inside the chassis.
