Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

Any real practical use for these devices.What kind of sound quality
can I expect?
Apparently you can hook up any source to these and transmit to any receiver in the home.Sounds like a very good idea and the price
is very reasonable.Anyone have experience with this device or a
similar one?
