Wouldn't you want the adapter to be a single male RCA (at the mono tuner's output) to two female RCA jacks for you to plug your pair of interconnects into?
You don't say why you'd want male / males (not that there's anything wrong with that, as they kept repeating on Seinfeld.) If my assumption is incorrect, would you mind explaining what your planning? Do you have interconnects with female RCA jacks on the ends?
