Pricing my Scott 310E

I would like some advise on pricing my 310E. It's kind of special in many ways!
It went to Mapleshade after I got it and was checked and aligned as well as the Mapleshade mod performed.
Little history on the unit, it's in really nice condition, original tubes, and sounds nice pulling in stations from miles away. I bought the unit directly from the wife of a line level manager that worked at HH Scott for like 20 years(?).
Face is perfect, no cracks, etc. the only thing to mention is the guy that owned it drilled a 1/4" hole in the perforated grill top cover to facilitate, and I'm guessing here, the 300 ohm antenna for coming straight up from inside the case. I asked the wife, she had no idea but that's what it looks like to me. It's neatly done and not at all detracting from the grill, as it sits in the back corner exactly where the antenna terminal is.
So, if a one has any insight they'd like to help with I'd be much obliged.
