Thats the problem, it only seems to scan JDM, I cant "listen" here in
USA. I am not a radio guy, just trying to make this receiver work as it's in flawless cosmetic condition, all buttons work, and everything lights up. Any basic info on how this receiver works and what I should check for would be appreciated. Is it a chip problem? It just scans 76.1 to 89.9 and won't lock onto anything.
