Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

NAD sound to be within the vicinity of Rotel sound, dry and not as liquid sounding as some vintage FM tuner unit with the same price point. But what I like about NAD is it'll never fail to receive and lock in a nearby FM station even if you're using a rabbit antenna.

As long as they're designed and executed properly the only way an FM tuner goes out of alignment if it's been drop or ran over by a truck. The only exceptions are the older tube tuner as is due to its own design topology with tubes acting as rectifiers and what not can sometimes be out of alignment over time. Replacing the tubes can sometimes fix this problem.
