What a great tuner. It doesn't come with remote, so forget it if that is what you want. I thought about building a button pusher, but what's the use?
An asylum member had a bad experience with this tuner, so if you are in a static prone lightning area, I guess beware.
I would have no idea how to get this tuner repaired. However, the light bulbs often need replacing. I finally replaced mine with LEDs.
I can't imagine a more fantastic sounding tuner though.
