Travis, you are correct, but this Tuner has not been powered up in over many years years. I am afraid to cause damage by doing so. And the only repair service I trust is nearly 80 miles away in Tampa. I live in Orlando, so if you or anyone else can suggest a repair facility to correctly power up and test this unit in Orlando I'd consider taking it there. I can post pictures of the un powered tuner as soon as I teach myself how. Thanks, Dave in Orlando
