Pretty standard European consumer (TV) coax connector.

Last I knew, good ol' Radio Shack (?!) still sold PAL to F and F to PAL adaptors. If not, folks like PartsExpress should have 'em.

The "F connector", in case it's not obvious, is the standard US TV coax cable connector (well, at least it was, pre-HDTV).
