Well, my first post got lost in never never land. Here is a short one with a *.jpg file of a 300 ohm twin-lead type trap to suck out some of the signal from the 100KW station. The only requirement is that you will have to have a short section of twin-lead close to the input of your tuner about 6 to 8 inches long.
I had a similar problem with an FM relay station 4 miles from my house at 100.7mHz while trying to receive 101.1mHz at about -58dB. I was fortunate that a good tuner with nice selective ceramic IF filters and a stout RF front end plus the front to back ratio of my outside FM only antenna was sufficient to do the job.
