Marantz 10b for stereo and a REL Precedent for mono. I have not heard the Scott 4310...
I've had may tube and SS tuners and the two I mentioned are the two left standing.
The Fisher 400 receiver, 90X mono, and Sansui TU-717, although a step down, are worthy less expensive mentions.
