Hi!It not the best circuit for the high resolution transformer.
The circuit (input trans 1:4... 5 - tube mu 20...30 - IT 1:1...2 - TJ300B - F5002) is more preferably.
Also it is necessary to look mode of output tube.
The current of a output tube should not be big, possible value 65 mA.
