Thomas stereo organ amplifier 6973 to 6cz5 conversion

Hello I have a stereo amplifier that came out of a thomas organ. This amp has a 12ax7 6cg7 and a 4 6973 tubes. I am converting this amp to run the 6cz5 because the 6973 is getting tuff to find. What I have done so far is 1 dropping resistor of 560 ohms in the power supply which has helped drop the voltages from 440 to around 380. This amp has fixed bias and from what I have read the 6cz5 cannot see more than 100k at the grid #1 and when I look at pins #3 and 6# there are no resistors that go to ground so my question is should I add them or leave it alone ?
