There are a lot of economy models with internal toroidal transformer.
Most of them come with the ground connected to the output and an internal jumper for disconnecting the line ground from the output.
If the safety home ground is only connected to the chassis (but the signal ground remains floating) the probability of a ground loop is greatly reduced.
You could also touch the positive pole of HT with your hands and nothing happens.
