V1 is the input stage and it is single ended, V2 is the phase inverter. V2 takes the single ended signal from V1 and creates two, out of phase, signals. V3 and V4 is a differential stage. It has two signals (one signal is out of phase with the other signal) coming in and two signals (one signal is out of phase with the other signal) coming out. V5 and V6 is the push pull output stage. V5 is driven from one signal and V6 is driven from a signal that is out of phase from the signal driving V5.
Multiple single ended stages in series is still single ended.
Paralleled tubes are still single ended.
